Dr. Diane Janosek now serves as CEO of Jano LLC, a national cyber consultancy, and is an award-winning cybersecurity leader. Previously, Dr. Janosek served in leadership roles at the National Security Agency as the Deputy Director of Compliance through 2023, Commandant of the National Cryptologic University, and NSA Deputy Chief Information Security Officer. Dr. Janosek also served in legal, policy and executive management positions, to include, Chief Legal Officer of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board, and Legal Counsel at both the White House and the Pentagon. She was named a top 2021 US Cyber Woman Leader and was listed in 2020 as one of the Top 100 Women in Cybersecurity. With 30 scholarly articles in publications in cybersecurity and law, she is passionate about giving back. Her expertise includes privacy and technology, compliance, governance and data policy, defense acquisition, and cyber.
